Favorite Gay Reads in 2011

Hello! Sorry I went missing but I'm back now and determined to make this community more active.
Of course, the first entry of 2012 should be my Favorite Gay Romance Books Read In 2011. Here I go. The books are in random order.

Faborite M/M Romance Series

Change of Heart series by Mary Clames (Goodreads) - If you want something different from the ever present vampire or warewolf books, you should try warepanthers. The books are well written, full of adventures and Logan Church turned out to become one of my favorites alpha males.

Cut & Run series by Madeleine Urban & Abigail Roux (Goodreads) - This is my favorite series! The books are amazing, a must read! I never thought two alpha males could work so well together. Lots of adventures, character development and lots of juicy moments.

Bareback series by Crish Owen (Goodreads) - A lovely series about two hot cowboys, both alpha males. At a point the first book can become boring with so many sex scenes but the rest of the book makes up for it. Great for angst lovers.

Table for Two series by Scarlet Blackwell (Goodreads) - These books are funny and deliciously sexy.

Favorite M/M Romance Stand Alone Books

Unshakeable Faith by Lisa Worrall (Goodreads) - A lovely book about two people discovering each other. It can be a little cheesy at the end but it's a nice read. And I love the cover!

Bear, Otter, and the Kid by T.J. Klune (Goodreads) - Lovely, angsty, sometimes funny too. The Kid is the smartest and cutest kid I've encountered in gay romance books. This book will soon become a series.

Something Like Summer by Jay Bell (Goodreads) - This is my favorite stand alone m/m romance book! Lots of angst, character development, very realistic and it puts you in a roller coaster of emotions. It'll also become a movie, that says a lot!

Rescue Me by Scarlet Blackwell (Goodreads) - Very angsty! If you enjoy books where adult characters struggle with accepting their sexuality this is the book for you.

I invite you all to write an entry about your favorite reads of 2011. Let's work to make this community active!
